The Products

Are your products handmade?  Yes, all of our products are proudly handcrafted in small batches. Because each item is artisan-made, colors, piping patterns, and overall appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch. These gorgeous variations are a testament to true craftsmanship and are part of what makes each product beautifully unique.

How should I use the Whipped Body Butter? Our butters are highly concentrated. For the best results, apply a pea-sized amount to clean, damp skin right after a shower. Warm it between your palms first to "melt" the whip into a silky oil.

Are all scents available in every product? Not every scent is available in both body butter and soap. Some fragrances are exclusive to our Whipped Butters, while others are specially formulated for our soaps. Check the "Scent" dropdown on each product page to see what’s currently in stock!

My butter arrived melted! Is it ruined? Because we use natural butters and no chemical stabilizers, melting can happen during shipping in warmer months. Don't worry! Simply pop the jar in the fridge for 15–20 minutes. It will firm back up and still provide the same incredible moisture. The texture might be a little denser than when originally whipped, but if you prefer it lighter, fluffier consistency, they can also be gently rewhipped once completely cooled, although this step is entirely optional.

Why do some soap bars look slightly different in size or shape? Because our luxury soaps are poured, cut, and decorated entirely by hand, no two bars are identical! You may notice slight variations for two reasons:

The Cure Stage: Cold-process soap cures for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks. Over time, water naturally evaporates from the bars. An older bar may look slightly smaller or lighter, but it is actually a superior soap! Evaporation concentrates the bar, making it harder, longer-lasting, and capable of producing a much richer, creamier lather.

Artisan Embellishments: Our special edition bars feature hand-piped soap frosting, decorative embeds, or textured tops, naturally making them taller and more voluminous than our sleek, smooth-top bars.

What payment methods do you accept?  We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout. However, to help support small business operations and keep transaction fees minimal, we highly appreciate and accept e-transfers!

Care & Ingredients

How should I store my products? Keep your jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To keep your soaps lasting longer, let them dry on a draining soap dish between uses.

Do your products make medical or skincare claims? No. While we carefully select premium ingredients known for their nourishing properties, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions or skin disorders. Individual results and experiences may vary.

Are your products safe for children?  Yes! We design a dedicated "Pure and Playful" selection specifically with little humans in mind, using gentle ingredients. However, because we use unique fragrance blends, we always recommend doing a small patch test on your child's skin first.

Is your packaging recyclable? Yes! We encourage you to clean and reuse your jars for jewelry, spices, or office supplies once your butter is finished.
