Every single bar is poured, hand-cut, and naturally cured for 4 to 6 weeks. Because of this traditional process, water evaporates over time—older bars may appear slightly smaller but offer a harder, longer-lasting bar with a vastly superior, creamier lather. Special edition bars with hand-piped tops or embeds will naturally carry extra volume and height.
