Due to the handcrafted nature and personal hygiene standards of our luxury bath and body products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.

A Note on Warm Weather Shipping: Because our Whipped Body Butters are completely natural and made without artificial chemical stabilizers, they can soften or melt during transit in warmer months. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for melted products. Please note that melting does not ruin the product—simply pop the jar in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm it back up. It will still provide the same incredible moisture and luxury experience!

Damages & Mistakes: If your order arrives with broken packaging (such as shattered glass) or a fulfillment mistake, please contact us at lathr.toronto@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will happily correct it.
